I see a great demand for telecom professionals with good knowledge on the technical side (i.e)implementing a call center and supporting a call center with indepth knowledge on the switching technologies, technologies on IVR etc..
I want to know who conducts such training progarms in India.
I know there are a lot of such training progarms in the US.
Will some one be able to help me.
