Hello guys,
I am new to this forum, but i read all the answers and stuff, can anyone tell me how the market is for call centers in Pune or in India generally and whats its future here. And what is the minimum hardware as well as software required to start a call center, i mean what is the minimum baudget for starting a call center…I am from pune by the way.

SameerIts a very simple way to start a call center. It can be either by wholly investing or partnering….As per my experience in call centers of a decade alliance is the best way.
