Hallo everybody,
My name is Bosring Kemba I am living in Thailand.
I have been working in Telephone Directory company for more than 6 years.
Now our company is start to open a Callcenter for about 75 operators for inbound and outbound.
My boss ask me to run this new departemen ( Callcenter ).
For me this is something new, I have no experience. Please anybody who has been doing this business, could help me. It will be very helpfull for me. Thank you very much.
