Looks like you are looking at an IVR that interacts with a SALT (Subscriber Apparatus Line Test) equipment.
Most CSPs have Line Test equipment that is used to test the status of their Lines.

Hello, I did not know where to look so I thought I would start here. I am looking for a module that a user can call, enter a code, and change the state of a relay.
1. User calls phone number of module
2. Prompted to enter unique code
3. User enters code/pin
4. Prompted that code was correct (or wrong and try again)
5. If code is right, close relay (if NO)
It can be one-way with manual reset or toggle, it does not matter. I would like to be able to program multiple codes in. Like those Customer Support lines that ask for employee ID number to skip the automated system and go straight to tech support.
Does anyone know where I can find one of these, please?
