You can use next format for list all IMSI excluding home plmn (in parameter OWNPLMN):


If you are using old version of SW, this format of command may not been suported.

Looks like you are working with AXE10 / CME20 / etc.. solution. I recognise the MML command.

As IMSIs can be cloned (IMSI catcher) Networks generally use another pointer, e.g.

Is there any command I can use to get list of all IMSI attached to MSC not belonging to home network ?

MGSSP, is able to list mi IMSI details, but is this possible ?
