NodeB with bad data access kpi´s

    Hello,
    i hope someone can help me with this problem.

    I have a nodeb(ericsson) with bad data access kpis (some cells)
    nodeb no alarms, hw tested ok, neighbors ok.
    deep analyze also bad kpis of:
    BCR SP
    RRC Fails
    Fail RL
