Use the MML command during a low traffic period.

It can take APZ processing power.

Careful with HLR-R (Mated Pairs) implementation.

Hello

average traffic per subscriber is 75miliErlang

So how we can calculate MOU per subscriber per month ?
Some refrence talk about it and they said that in some operator it reach 800 , mou =800 , in china 2015 there are some reports talk about mou =430

it would approximatively be the same. it only depends on which law you use to calculate capacity : erlang B law, erlang C law, ... ?

In GSM
If average traffic per sub. is 25 miliErlang
0.025 = traffic(Erl)/Number of subscribers

BSC capacity = 15,000 Erl
thus
subscriber = 15k/0.025 = 600K
