Using CC-Excel

When you purchased CC-Excel, you will have downloaded a single installation file and, once run, this automatically installs the CC-Excel features within Excel and makes nine new functions available to you. You can use these functions to build workbooks that meet your exact requirements, taking your local call centre circumstances into account. You are free to format these worksheets in any way and can integrate these functions with existing Excel features such as Lookup Tables and external datasources.
