The table under the Daily Calls tab in the right hand pane of Ansapoint allows you to enter the number of calls received at a call centre in each time period. This command cancels any entry that is in progress. If the entry was creating a new time period, then that time period is removed. If the entry was the editing of an existing entry, then the entry is restored its values before the editing commenced.
